ICPAE Meetings

Previous meetings

The Commission meets at the IUGG and IAMAS Assemblies. In 2003 the IUGG Assembly was held in Sapporo, Japan, 30 June - 11 July 2003, where ICPAE organised or co-sponsored the following symposia:

MC04 Planetary Atmospheres and their Evolution

GAII.07 Aeronomy of Planetary Atmospheres Including Comparative Atmospheres

In 2005 we met in Beijing, China with two symposia: I1 and I2 on similar subjects.

In 2007, we met in Perugia, Italy, and held two symposia:

JMS12 and JMS13, which included also a subsection on Laboratory measurements. The conveners were :

A. Coustenis, P. Casavecchia, D. Strobel and D. Titov

Future meetings :

Please note that the next meeting will be at the IAMAS Assembly of 2009, in Montreal, Canada, 19-29 July 2009, where ICPAE will sponsor new symposia.
