I would like to draw your attention to a new Early Career Scientist (ECS) network and mailing list that the International Association of Meteorology and Atmospheric Sciences (IAMAS) has just established. The focus of this network is to promote international communication and collaboration of early career scientists globally. It is managed by our IAMAS ECS committee (https:\/\/www.iamas.org\/ecs\/<\/a>), which consists of ten early career scientists representing the ten IAMAS commissions and different regions globally. We will organize regular monthly webinars, ECS sessions at IAMAS and IUGG assemblies, and many other support and networking activities.
