It is composed of scientists from a wide range of countries who are committed to furthering the pursuit of and international cooperation in the science of dynamical meteorology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-109cc609-5fdf-49c3-be1f-ca4414542372\">If you would like to learn more about the ICDM, please contact one of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iamas.org\/icdm\/officers\/\">officers<\/a>&nbsp;or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iamas.org\/icdm\/members\/\">members<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-a305c938-e582-4fb1-b18e-b361b037dc4a\">Special Announcements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The next workshop organized by ICDM will focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/diabatics2026.w.uib.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diabatic processes across scales in the extratropics<\/a> in Wolkersdorf near Vienna, 28 April until 1 May 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICDM participates in and co-organizes additional workshops on various topics. Please return here for further information as plans develop. Please contact any of the ICDM officers if you are interested in participating in the planning of symposia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICDM is organized several symposiums for the the joint IAMAS &#8211; IACS &#8211; IAPSO Assembly,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/baco-25.org\/2025\/english\/main\/index_en.asp\">BACO-2025<\/a>\u00a0in Busan, South Korea, 20-25 July 2025 and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iugg2023berlin.org\/\">28th IUGG Assembly in Berlin<\/a>, Germany, 11-20 July, 2023. ICDM also organised the international workshop on <a href=\"https:\/\/icdm2024.nju.edu.cn\/#\/\">Linking Weather and Climate Dynamics across Scales<\/a>\u00a0in Nanjing, China, 13-19 October 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-0a4194e3-cdf3-48a8-8a37-67d57f1545ec\">ICDM  promoted \u2018The First TEAMx Workshop&#8217; (Multi-scale transport and exchange processes in the atmosphere over mountains programme and experiment) in Rovereto, Italy on 28-30 August 2019.
