We are a group of international scientists from the cloud physics community, aiming to understand if and how DEI has influenced various aspects of the cloud physics community, such as collaborations and gender balance. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes (~10 mins) to fill in the following survey to collect information that will help us understand the current state of DEI in our community.
